Licence

MIZAN-UAE is licensed, not sold, to a company for a yearly subscription on the Basic, Standard or Premium plan. The plan sets the number of users. All rights in the software remain with the developer. Copying, modifying, reselling or reverse-engineering the software is not allowed.

Accounts

Your company admin creates user accounts and decides each user's role. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data

Your company owns the data it enters. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.

Renewal and expiry

If a subscription is not renewed, the app stays usable for 14 days after expiry, then becomes read-only: records can still be viewed but not added or changed until a renewed licence is entered.

Professional advice

Calculations for VAT, corporate tax, gratuity and WPS follow UAE rules as implemented at the time of release. They are tools to help your team; your company remains responsible for its filings, payments and compliance, and should check figures with a qualified accountant where needed.
