Delete your account or data

MIZAN-UAE accounts are created by each company's admin, so deletion goes through your company or through us.

Delete a user account

  1. Ask your company's MIZAN-UAE admin to remove you: Users → Remove.
  2. Or email info@trendsbits.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my MIZAN-UAE account" and your company name. We confirm with your company admin and delete the account within 30 days.

Deleted: your name, email, role and password. Records you created for your company (such as invoices) stay, because they belong to the company's books.

Delete all of a company's data

A company admin can email info@trendsbits.com to close the subscription and delete all company data. We can provide an export first. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except where UAE law requires records to be kept longer; those are then deleted when the legal period ends.
